Remote UX Researcher

Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Remote UX Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize the team’s research needs (both stated and unstated)
• Answer various UX Research questions spanning from generative to evaluative research
• Collate information and compile it into a digestible and actionable format

Required Skills:

• Masters degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science or other related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience conducting applied UX research in an industry setting
• End-to-end experience conducting all aspects of research
• Experience applying user research methods including semi-structured interviews
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Ability to influence strategy, and deliver both short- and long-term user needs
