Required Skills:

  • Ability to plan your work executing against deadlines
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with all aspects of usability research
  • Experience with early-stage discovery research
  • A strong foundation in user-centered design methods
  • Ability to communicate and storytell research insights
