Job Summary

A staffing and talent management firm is seeking a Remote UX Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting, designing and analyzing user experience and usability testing, incorporating testing best practices
• Collectig data and consumer insights
• Confidently analyzing quantitative and qualitative user research testing to formulate UX plans

Required Skills:

• Expert knowledge of UX principles and tools
• High level of understanding of information architecture, user experience, and content strategy
• Expert in best practices used in the market and transitioning them forward into projects
• Ability to conduct, design and analyze user experience and usability testing, incorporating testing best practices
• Confident in UX strategy and able to facilitate workshops with colleagues from a range of disciplines
• Working knowledge and work-related experience for Lean Kanban or Agile Scrum workflow methodologies
