A web testing and network diagnostics company has a current position open for a Remote UX Researcher in Seattle.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction data
  • Drive user research activities
  • Make a compelling case for features based off customer analysis and feedback

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in full product lifecycle research mixed methodology
  • BA/BS + 3 yrs or Masters +2 yrs in the study of user experience, design, research or related fields
  • Experience running usability testing across mobile and desktop
  • Experience with in-person and remote usability and UX research tools
  • Experience with the standard set of research methods and approaches
