Job Summary

An IT solutions company has a current position open for a Remote UX Researcher in Sun Prairie.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and participate in quantitative and qualitative research activities
  • Advocate for the users while balancing business needs/goals throughout the project
  • Determine best research methods

Qualifications Include:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Track record of successfully leading research efforts for complex projects
  • At least 7 years experience conducting user research for clients
  • Experience championing the voice of the customer, generating user insights
  • Knowledge of Section 508 and other accessibility standards
  • Ability to solve user problems that may not involve designing an interface or building a tangible product
