Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company is filling a position for a Remote UX Strategist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting user research as well as the ability to analyze, synthesize and present research findings
- Creating, maintaining, and working with service blueprints, customer journey maps, personas, workflows, etc
- Contributing to the overall advancement and improvement of processes, introducing and documenting new additions as necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as in-depth interviews, surveys, etc
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 5+ years experience in digital product design and research for both web and mobile platforms
- Experience working in a mixed methodology environment
