Job Summary

We're a small but mighty team of UX/Product Designers who work with everyone from innovative cryptocurrency apps to thriving online influencers with web products. We need someone who is excited to add value to amazing clients, learn a lot, work hard, and have fun. This person is willing to try on different roles, do what it takes, and switch gears quickly. We care about attention to detail (down to the pixel). But most of all, we care about communication and transparency. You'll wear lots of hats and learn about several different businesses, platforms, and industries all at once.

--Experience with multiple areas of product design, UX design, visual design.
--Experience with creating app designs and developing UI styles.
--Possess strong communication skills including the ability to share your work, and providing design feedback to other designers.
--Experience designing landing pages.
--Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
--Experience with Sketch.

--Clear Communicative - given the nature of our business with multiple projects going at once, communication is the key to our success.

Additional Skill - (valuable to have but not required):
--Familiarity with Figma
--Familiarity with Asana.
--Knows how to make prototypes in InVision, Figma, Principle, or something similar.
--Has directly worked with clients before (in a consulting-type capacity)
