Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote UX Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable in-product copy
  • Writing user interface text that facilitates navigation, on-boarding, notifications and more
  • Defining product and feature names

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of content strategy, UX writing, or content design experience
  • Native English speaker, or someone who can demonstrate a native level of English
  • Experience owning and designing end-to-end product content experiences
  • Experience translating complex product and business concepts into clear, concise, and engaging copy
  • Ability to embrace the highly technical nature of products
