Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote UX Writer in Cleveland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reframing product requests as user-centered problems and responds with meaningful, crafted solutions
- Developing informed points of view and communicates them convincingly while being flexible to input from others
- Exploring a range of options, discarding what doesn't work as well to discover what works best
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Passion for intuitive user-centered product experiences
- 5+ years of experience working with UX copy or other forms of interactive, educational, video, or digital product writing
- Know how to work with and influence wireframes and functional specs
- Strong portfolio representing a breadth of experience and industries
- A curiosity to understand and think through every aspect of a user journey, from error states to success criteria
- Experience navigating a highly-regulated industry with compliance obligations
