A rental property management firm is seeking a Remote Vacation Rental Real Estate Licensed Sales Executive in Kitty Hawk.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Consistently logging and updating sales activities in the company-specific CRM
• Collaborating with teams to identify opportunities, plan and execute management portfolio growth
• Handling inbound/outbound sales operations

Position Requirements Include:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales operations through telesales, video conferencing, and in-person meetings
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education
• Ability to generate sales opportunities and build trust with prospects over the phone
• Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Required)
• Must be able to develop confidence with prospects and become an industry knowledgeable expert
• Ability to set and exceed aggressive individual and organizational goals
