Job Summary
A real estate and hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Vacation Rental Reservations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the first point of contact for all our guests via phone, email and chat
- Leading the guest communications process on our Platform Management System (PMS) Guesty
- Learning the ins and outs of our travel business so you can handle any questions guests have
Qualifications for this position include:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a customer service setting in the short term rental industry
- Previous experience working with a Platform Management System such as Guesty (major plus)
- The ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Being personable and getting enjoyment from speaking with others via phone, email, and chat
- Strong computer literacy skills
