Job Summary
A vacation rental management company is seeking a Remote Vacation Rental Sales Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Continuously and proactively providing status updates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ months experience recruiting in a full life-cycle environment
- 6+ months of high-volume, metrics driven recruiting
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about helping find talent to build great teams
- Extreme passion for creating a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring manager
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
