Job Summary
A hospitality company is filling a position for a Remote Vacation Rentals Inbound Customer Service Representative in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making reservations
- Becoming an expert on our resorts, amenities, and things to see and do near each location
- Providing customers with custom recommendations based on their interests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work from home after completing training (up to 6 months)
- Six months of customer service or sales experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Good listening and conversational skills to quickly build rapport with owners
