A vacation rental management company has an open position for a Remote Vacation Rentals Management Sales Director on the Big Island.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall growth of business
  • Recruit homeowners and properties
  • Lead account management teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required
  • Real Estate License in the state of Hawaii
  • 3 years of consultative outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of consultative sales success
  • Experience with sales management systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office and related software
