Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment firm is filling a position for a Remote Vaccine Scheduler in Baltimore.

Must be able to:

• Schedule the second vaccine appointment for patients
• Provide general information to individuals and families on vaccine program
• Assist clients in obtaining necessary transportation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1-2 months onsite for training then 100% remote
• Need Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact
• Ability to document in electronic health records and/or electronic spreadsheet/database
