Job Summary

A privately-held provider of remote depositions services is seeking a Remote Validation Coordinator in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Quality control all Reporter Files including formatting and/or correcting reporter errors
• Validate client addresses and contact information
• Align Order Request with Production Preferences and on-the-record stipulations

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma
• One year of experience within Production or Billing department
• Three + years of Production/Transcript Coordinator experience or combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of, or ability to master, detailed local production and billing guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, NetSuite, Excel, and related software
• Proficient in problem solving, research, and client follow up
