Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Finance or relevant field
• Ability to translate a large amount of data into a concise, consumable story
• Strong presentation and writing skills to convey findings effectively
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of HR space
