Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Value Based Programs Strategies Payment Innovation Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and driving segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies
  • Advising one or more areas, programs or functions
  • Providing recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience with developing and/or managing value-based payment models/relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Able to exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues.
  • Capable to works under minimal supervision
  • Be able to use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors
