Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Value Recruiter in Northeastern Massachusetts.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and select top talent by thoroughly assessing the applicant’s qualifications
- Build and balance candidate pipelines in alignment with ongoing and projected customer needs
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information
- Building strong-identity teams
- Building strong customer relations and delivering customer centric solutions
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
