Job Summary

A payment processing software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Valued Account Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Demonstrating knowledge of the organization's various products, payment processes and maintenance contracts
  • Educating customers on business practices and associated contractual implications
  • Conducting daily outbound calls to customers - approximately 30 - 60 per day

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years of related outbound call experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent Product and Process knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to utilize sales tools as appropriate (fuel save, fuel locator, online, etc)
  • Handles complex or unusual situations with ease
