Job Summary
A financial services provider is in need of a Remote Variable Annuities and Valuation Actuary.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform quarterly Stat, Tax and GAAP valuations and earning variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and third-party clients
- Participate in data /reserve reconciliation for admin conversion projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 or more years of analytical experience within the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently or on a team
- Capable to learn new software and coding languages
- Knowledge and experience on annuity products are preferred
