Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Vehicle Assistance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles (AV) operating on closed courses and public roads
• Assist in AV decision-making and ensure safe and efficient travel paths
• Provide real-time support to AVs and report system functionality issues

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Operator/Driver for Autonomous Vehicles preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle technology
• Experience providing subjective feedback on vehicle behaviors and environments
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
