Job Summary
A transportation services company has a current position open for a Remote Vehicle Reservation Sales Representative in Idaho Falls
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls per day
- Book quality reservations for our locations worldwide
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- One year of sales or customer service experience required
- Must have a computer USB headset with microphone
- Minimum upload speed of 2mbps
- Must have a computer/PC (No MACs) with compatible OS versions
- Computer/PC must be capable of downloading/installing/accessing company network
