Job Summary

An automotive service provider is in need of a Remote Vehicle Services Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Solving problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers
  • Providing high quality service and support to both customers
  • Relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
  • Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Able to type 50+ WPM
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
