Job Summary
An e-commerce optimization company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Vendor Central Digital Catalog Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Deliver excellent client service by achieving results in a prompt, error-free, and professional fashion
- Maintain a digital catalog for clients utilizing Vendor Central, including item set up, product updates, and troubleshooting exception workflows
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including client managers, clients, and operations managers on a dynamics set of deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 2+ years experience successfully working in catalog/content management or product maintenance
- Worked within eCommerce or with Amazon and have Vendor Central experience
- Utilized Excel for data analysis and reporting; including VLOOKUP and conditional formatting
- Ruthlessly prioritized competing deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Have ability and interest in thriving in a fast-paced, startup like environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
