Job Summary

An insurance software development company is seeking a Remote Vendor Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing regular assessments of vendors to ensure they are meeting our expectations
  • Documenting all Vendor conversations in our CRM and manage all business agreements with the vendor
  • Connecting with Vendors over the phone, at conferences or onsite

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel, 10-50%
  • Experience in insurance or software vendor management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relentless customer focus with an innate understanding of excellent client service
  • Experience drafting and executing contracts
  • Familiarity with using a CRM, Slack, Excel/Google Sheets
