Job Summary
A workforce outsourcing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vendor Management Software Solutions Program Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to all inbound telephone calls and correspondence
- Gathering relevant information on customer issues/scenarios
- Creating and maintaining electronic records and fields
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years work experience in a service level industry AND/OR
- 1-3 years experience in a customer service environment or equivalent
- Ability to maintain and increase knowledge of supported software solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
