Job Summary

A workforce outsourcing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vendor Management Software Solutions Program Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to all inbound telephone calls and correspondence
  • Gathering relevant information on customer issues/scenarios
  • Creating and maintaining electronic records and fields

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years work experience in a service level industry AND/OR
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service environment or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain and increase knowledge of supported software solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
