Job Summary
A legal services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Vendor Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, reviewing, and acting upon key vendor and partner performance indication data
- Sourcing and vetting potential new vendor and attorney partners
- Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendor and attorney partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Minimum two years of vendor management and/or business partner management experience
- Proficiency in typing, knowledge of basic computer functions
- Must be comfortable interacting with internal clients and stakeholders in a tactful manner during high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Capability to understand and operate successfully within an action-based workflow software system
