Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Vendor Operation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary client and internal contact for leadership as it relates to vendor performance
- Developing, enforcing, measuring, and continuously improving metrics designed to drive quality and timeliness
- Developing, deploying, and prioritizing process improvements and controls based on greatest impact to financial recovery
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences Business Administration
- 10 years of experience in PBM industry
- Prior experience pharmacy claims, file management processes, and or business process optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of PBM industry, specifically rebate reporting, data and client and manufacturer contracts
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
