Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Vendor Quality Trainer.

Must be able to:

  • Perform Quality Control reviews of third-party vendor title production
  • Remain current on training materials and procedures
  • Build knowledge of and implement industry best practices during training

Required Skills:

  • Advanced experience in title and escrow related functions across multi-state platform
  • Knowledge of supported title production systems and portals (FAST, EWB, DataTrace, etc)
  • Critical analysis skills for error reporting and reconciliation
  • Skilled in Microsoft products, particularly MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Working knowledge of presentation platforms and applications (WebEx, Skype)
  • 5+ years in title and escrow related functions with title examination skills in multiple states
