Job Summary
A crypto finance company has a current position open for a Remote Venture Investment Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing investment theses and conducting market and industry analyses
- Leading the full lifecycle management of deal pipeline including sourcing, evaluating, transacting, and managing investments
- Evaluating potential target and business cases from strategic, operational and financial valuation perspectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with and deep understanding of crypto
- 5+ years previous experience must include both financial and partner strategy experience
- Significant experience with technology infrastructure and payments
- Expertise in the evaluation of startups and investment opportunities, including sourcing, leading due diligence processes and closing
- Knowledge of venture finance, including key metrics, valuation methodologies, capitalization tables, etc
- Excellent finance, accounting and valuation modeling skills
