A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Verification Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Effectively placing calls to insurance companies verifying clients insurance benefits
• Managing a daily work queue of inbound verification requests that must be completed within the set response parameters

Qualifications Include:

• Strong English proficiency, with knowledge and understanding of US healthcare terminology
• Mathematics skills for determining client co-insurance amounts, out of pocket amounts and yearly deductibles
• High School graduate with 2 year experience in health care benefits or receivables
• Organizational skills and efficient time management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary to meet goals
