Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Veterans Affairs Capture Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading capture efforts to secure new, strategic contracts
- Supporting the development of a healthy, diverse and sustainable sales pipeline of opportunities
- Creating and presenting deal review presentations intended for corporate capture gate approvals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience working in the Federal Government or GovCon environment
- Can apply knowledge of proven best practices in sales and capture management processes
- Proven experience using price-to-win strategies to effectively bid new work
- Documented track record of winning new business both as a prime and subcontractor
- Proven experience successfully leading or supporting the capture of at least two Federal Government contracts
- Possess a diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style
