Job Summary
A federal consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Veterans Affairs Help Desk Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document, triage, and resolve end-user incident tickets
- Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures and optimizing sustainment processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience working in support of a Help/Service Desk
- Support daily shift work from 3PM -11PM Monday - Friday
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card)
