Job Summary

An information technology is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Veterans Affairs Helpdesk and Release Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing, assigning, and routing Help Desk Tickets in ServiceNow to the appropriate stakeholder groups
  • Validating that release candidates are being promoted through environments and review gates
  • Supporting project compliance activities by updating the required dashboards

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in IT related roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline or related field
  • Utilize Splunk monitoring dashboards to monitor system availability and response time
  • Experience managing release-related activities and tracking to completion
  • Must Be Able to Obtain a Public Trust clearance levele
  • Experience working with Jira, GitHub, or comparable DevOps tools
