Job Summary
An information technology is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Veterans Affairs Helpdesk and Release Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, assigning, and routing Help Desk Tickets in ServiceNow to the appropriate stakeholder groups
- Validating that release candidates are being promoted through environments and review gates
- Supporting project compliance activities by updating the required dashboards
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of professional experience in IT related roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline or related field
- Utilize Splunk monitoring dashboards to monitor system availability and response time
- Experience managing release-related activities and tracking to completion
- Must Be Able to Obtain a Public Trust clearance levele
- Experience working with Jira, GitHub, or comparable DevOps tools
