Job Summary
A digital services company is filling a position for a Remote Veterans Affairs Senior UX Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate feedback sessions based on a product team’s questions and goals
- Prioritize research projects based on team needs and goals, while balancing research team capacity
- Plan and facilitate collaboration between researchers, product team members, and stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Obtain a public trust security clearance
- U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, or related
- Certifications in relevant UX software plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
