A medical supply company is seeking a Remote Veterinary and Dental Product Delivery Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to incoming customer requests via phone, or email
• Testing and logging all reported customer issues, concerns, feedback, and enhancement suggestions
• Creating FAQs on new features, workarounds, issue resolutions, and etc
