Job Summary
A veterinary services company is filling a position for a Remote Veterinary Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families
- Meeting all productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Answering a high volume of customer service calls in a work from home/ remote environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interactions
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
