Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations, manage high call volumes, and document pet medical information while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting attendance and performance standards
• Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
