A veterinary services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer service
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls
- Gather and accurately document the pet’s medical information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interactions
- Able to attend mandatory 4-week intensive training program
