Job Summary
A veterinary products company has an open position for a Remote Veterinary Support Specialist Tier 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email and/or chat sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer veterinary issues in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed department performance metrics such as calls per hour and call lengths
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to make quick, sound judgments when answering questions
- The ability to recall numerous guidelines and procedures
