VP of Client Engagement at BairesDev:

We are looking for a VP of Client Engagement to lead our Client team. You will be responsible for a team of individual contributor sales representatives. We expect you to act as a servant-leader who assists sales reps on their own and other teams in efficiently acquiring new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You'll Do:

  • Hire and manage a team of 5-8 sales reps.
  • Maximize sales conversion rates.
  • New FTEs with new clients.
  • Maximize gross margin for new clients.
  • Audit the sales call of direct reports.
  • Audit the sales process of direct reports.

  • Here's what we are looking for:

  • 3+ years managing (including hiring) a Sales team.
  • 3+ years of Software related experience.
  • Previous work experience coaching, training, and supporting sales reps.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

  • Desirable:

  • Current success in a similar role in a software outsourcing company.
  • Current experience selling services with a minimum LTV of $1mm.
