Job Summary
An insurance group is seeking a Remote Vice President of Enterprise Distribution Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, directing and exercising full management accountability for staff
- Creating a high-performance culture through effective communication
- Coaching and mentoring direct reports to manage performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree, BA required, MBA desired
- Minimum of 8 years of increasing responsibility as a senior Commercial Lines Leader
- Minimum of 8 years in leading others directly or indirectly
- CPCU or CIC designations preferred
- Understanding of distribution and field management nuances to inform distribution strategies
- Knowledge of marketplace, agency plant, national and regional competitors, aggregators
