Job Summary
A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Victim Services Learning and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting the process for web-based courseware testing and development
- Create instructionally sound trainings
- Manage training development projects
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer
- M.A. or M. Ed. in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Distance Learning, or related field
- Experience with one or more LMSs
- Experience in managing a diverse staff
- Experience with 508 compliance and SCORM requirements
- Experience with Adobe Captivate 9
