We are looking for an energetic and creative Manager of Video & Media Production to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and internal teams to plan and execute off-site location shoots throughout the country. Key Responsibilities:
Report to and work with the Head of Digital Content on day-to-day operations of the video & media production department
Manage and oversee video & media production team including contracted employees
Make all financial and travel arrangements for media production team
Coordinate with clients in preparing and scheduling video and photo on-site shoots
Work in collaboration with digital content team and other internal teams in providing clients the highest quality media assets
Maintain detailed production schedule and provide internal teams with transparency into each stage of client projects
Deliver high quality product on time and within budget
Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients
Occasionally attend and supervise staff during on-site video production
Oversee media content collection to ensure all client media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained by team members
Job Summary:
Salaried, full time, during busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required

Remote position with the ability to work anywhere (no commute = awesome)
Working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (flexible depending on location)
Occasional travel required 20-30% (often on weekends)
Must reside in the United States

As a remote position, having reliable internet access and the ability to run programs like Zoom is necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in leading a production team
2-5 years of experience in video production and editing
This position is client-facing and client service experience is required
Organize and manage assets in Dropbox
Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
Keen attention to detail
Adaptable and willing to help establish processes
Be detail oriented, organized and a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects
Demonstrate patience and a sense of humor: You know the drill project needs can change on a moment's notice, there are fire drills and deadlines, but you are able to adapt and adjust according
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience uploading, titling and tagging videos in YouTube
BS/training in film, broadcasting, or communications a plus
Previous Video Production experience with an agency or within a creative department desired.
Knowledge/experience within dental or medical field
List of contacts and contractors available
Having your own equipment is a plus but not mandatory
