Job Summary
An online formalwear rental service is in need of a Remote Video and Social Game Creator.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the company's leadership teams across technology, marketing, finance, customer experience and merchandising
- Design the the company's employee survey program across all areas of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit
- Hire and lead a team of talent partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Development
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience launching and managing talent programs from design to successful deployment
- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
- Ability to analyze problems and effectively provide solutions, using data-driven decision-making
