• 7+ years of software development experience in a consumer company
• 4 + years of people management, including experience managing managers
• Experience working in a matrixed environment, ideally in an earlier stage company
• Success scaling an engineering organization from 25 to 100 in a sustainable and intentional way
• A passion for people management. You love empowering and developing team members
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly learning environment
