A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Video Communications Majors Sales Head .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading Second Line Sales Leaders and their sales organizations
• Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives
• Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate value selling of UCaaS
• 10+ years of UCaaS experience managing first and second line managers of significant sized teams of UCaaS sellers
• Modern SaaS experience within a modern, cloud native software business
• Proven experience leading a multibillion-dollar business
• Ability to communicate succinctly and clearly with customers, peers, leadership, direct reports, and outside partners and stakeholders
• Possesses expertise in building repeatable processes, metrics and capability in forecasting, linearity, and other day to day execution
