Remote Video Operator

Job Summary

Supporting the engineering needs of remote broadcasts, the full-time Remote Video Operator will adjust video levels, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage video operations for various events while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjust video levels, black/white balance, and color balance for all cameras
• Patch and route video, collaborating with the video team to place monitors for talent and shows
• Organize and develop workflows with Operations and Production partners while troubleshooting video issues

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of practical remote production operations experience at a network level in a video role
• Proficient knowledge of live production equipment operations
• Ability to read and operate a waveform/vectorscope in various formats (SDI, IP, HD, UHD, HDR)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by schedule and show needs
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
