Remote Video Operator

Job Summary

Supporting the engineering needs of remote broadcasts, the full-time Remote Video Operator will adjust video levels, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage video equipment for various events while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjust video levels, black/white balance, and color balance between all cameras
• Patch and route video, collaborating with the video team to place monitors for talent and the show
• Organize and develop workflows in partnership with Operations and Production teams

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of practical remote production operations experience at a network level in a video role
• Proficient knowledge of live production equipment operations
• Experience in reading and operating waveform/vectorscope (formats - SDI and IP, HD, UHD, and HDR)
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends and holidays as needed
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
